Overview
Through the instantaneous, interaction, and convenience of the internet, consumers (persons who place the order) can process the order for the product through mobile phone or computer at any time. The checkout of the order will be completed by the cash flow payments including credit card and bank transfer connections.
The order management system is also equipped with the functions of purchase, sales, and inventory, including order management, shipment, reminder mechanism for purchase, restock, and inventory, return application, sales reports and inventory taking. It is an online trading platform friendly to enterprises.
Common Pain Points
Before the implementation of the system, it takes a lot of time to fill in and handle huge amount of orders. It also requires manpower to sort out orders to the manufacturers for various products and shipping details for the order to complete the operations of order shipment and payment verification.
