Salary program

  1. Basic pay- guaranteed annual salary of 13 months.
  2. Performance rewards- We design an incentive reward based on performance and it will be issued according to performance achieved such as personal performance bonus, department performance achievement bonus in the first half and second half of the year and annual company target achievement bonus.
  3. Salary and reward reviewing- we participate in salary survey every year to understand the general situation in the industry in order to make sure our salary is with market competitiveness. 

Leaves and holidays 

  1. Two days off per week; human-based management.
  2. Flexible working hours.
  3. Annual leaves, personal leaves and sick leaves will be handled according to Labor Standards Act.
  4. We also provide additional enterprise-paid holidays every year to balance work and leisure of our employees.

Welfare

Our company carefully plan and provide employees a variety of welfare.

  1. Other than labor insurance, health insurance, and pension plans that should be provided according to law, we also offer employee group insurance (subsidized fully by the company).
  2. Sick leave, maternity leave, and funeral leave according to law.
